Job summary

KPIT Technologies Ltd. in Pune seeks a senior ADAS Functional Safety expert with 10-12 years of experience to lead system-level validation and HIL testing for automotive safety features, including parking and driving.

You will analyze requirements, develop tests, and mentor a team to ensure ASPICE processes and ISO 26262 compliance, delivering robust artifacts to OEMs and Tier-1s.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in ADAS functional safety and validation.
• Expertise in open scenario, open drive, and HIL testing environments.
• Experience with ASPICE processes: SYS and SWE, and requirements-to-test traceability.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 compliant test methods and derivation techniques.
• Proficiency in CAPL and automotive network protocols (CAN-based).
• Experience in requirements analysis, test development, and test execution.
• Leadership skills to guide a team and resolve roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis and test development for baselined requirements.
• Oversee test execution, reporting, and walkthroughs to customers.
• Drive testability analysis and traceability across artifacts.
• Mentor team members and ensure timely submission of high-quality artifacts.
• Ensure ASPICE compliance and robust validation on HIL benches.

• 1 ADAS & Open scenario and open drive work experience

• 1. Expert in Requirement Analysis, Test case development for baselined requirements
• 2. Expert in test execution and reporting
• 3. Expert in Test reporting and walkthrough of artifacts to the customer
• 4. Leading the team and help resolving roadblocks
• 5. Ensure smooth execution and timely submission of quality artifacts
• 6. Experience in requirements engineering:& - FSR (Functional Safety Requirements), TSR (Technical Safety Requirements), SRS (Software Requirements Specification)
• 7. Testability analysis and requirement traceability&- Proficiency in ASPICE processes: SYS (System Engineering), SWE (Software Engineering)&- Requirement-to-test traceability
• 8. Hands-on experience in HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing environments&- Strong working knowledge of
• 9.
