Responsibilities

• Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors.
• Welcome guests and visitors with appropriate greetings.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within 25 to 30 seconds with fast, friendly service.
• Explain parking procedures to guests/visitors.
• Tag keys with date/time, registration, make/model, room or contact number.
• Provide correct token/receipt of valet parking.
• Verify tokens/receipts before handing over keys or vehicle.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely without damage.
• Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Provide information about property facilities, amenities, services, hours of operation.
• Offer directions and local areas of interest and activities.
• Give fond farewell to departing guests per resort standard.
• Monitor vehicle traffic on property (guest cars, taxis, limos, buses).
• Ensure vehicles are parked legally and traffic flows smoothly.
• Deliver a memorable valet experience per resort standards.
• Maintain security of vehicles, belongings, and keys.
• Open/close parking area or facility.
• Document and report vehicle incidents (damages, accidents, theft).
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the Duty Manager.
• Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and main porch.
• Strive for RENARD audit score of 90% and address shortcomings.
• Report security or safety problems to supervisors.

• Tag guest vehicle keys with date & time, registration number, make/model, room number or contact number of the guest


• Provide correct counter token or receipt of valet parking to the guest


• Verify guests token or receipt with the one attached to the key before handing over keys or vehicle to the guest


• Able to effectively park and retrieve guests’ cars without causing damage to the vehicle


• Ability to drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles


• Able to provide guests with information regarding property facilities, amenities, services, hours of operation


• Able to provide guests with direction and local areas of interest and activities


• Give fond farewell to all guests who are departing as per resort standard


• Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property, including guest vehicles, taxi cabs, limousines, and buses


• Ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic


• Ensure all guest's valet experience are memorable, unique and as per the resort's standards


• Responsible to maintain the security of vehicles, belongings kept inside the car and vehicle keys


• Responsible for opening and closing parking area or facility


• Document and report all vehicle incidents like damages, accidents, theft, missing articles, etc.


• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Duty manager


• Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas, main porch and behind the valet stand


• Responsible for achieving a score of 90% in RENARD audit for valet service operations and take necessary action for the shortcomings for standard compliance


• Responsible to report any security or safety problems, safety hazards and potential security problems to the supervisors
