IIFL Finance Ltd is hiring a Gold Appraiser at Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. The role covers end-to-end handling of gold loans, from valuation to disbursal and closure, with a strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy in gold valuation and cash management.

Responsibilities include attending to walk-in customers, performing gold purity checks, packing and storing gold post-loan, managing cash during disbursals and repayments, and maintaining meticulous branch records and KYC documentation.

Qualifications

• Attending to walk-in customers and addressing queries about the gold loan process.
• Conducting gold valuations and identifying gold purity.
• Packing and storing gold and gold packets after loan disbursal.
• Managing cash (system & physical) during disbursals, interest collection and loan closures.
• Creating new CUID in LOS during disbursal, part release / payments & loan closure.
• Maintaining branch registers as per guidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits.
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at pledging, releasing, or payment steps.

CTC Upto 3 Lacs ( for Non-Metro) / 4.20 Lacs ( for Metro )
