IIFL Finance Ltd has a position in Jodhpur for a Gold Appraiser to handle walk-in customers, perform gold valuations, and manage cash flows during loan disbursals and repayments. The role includes maintaining KYC documentation and ensuring smooth loan closure processes.

Candidates with experience in gold loan workflows and branch operations will thrive in this on-site role at GL Branch, with competitive CTC and incentives for Metro vs Non-Metro locations.

• Attending to walk-in customers and addressing queries about gold loan processes and schemes.
• Conducting gold valuations and identifying gold purity accurately.
• Packing and storing gold after loan disbursal; returning gold on loan closure.
• Managing cash during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Creating new CUID in system and making LOS modifications during disbursal/part release/payments/closure.
• Maintaining branch registers per guidelines (Key/Cash/Packet Movements, Staff/Customer visits).
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at every step (pledging, releasing, or making payments).

Primary Responsibilities

• Attending to walk-in customers, addressingqueries about the gold loan process and schemes offered.
• Conducting gold valuations andidentifying gold purity accurately.
• Properly packing and storing gold andgold packets after loan disbursal. Returning gold ornaments to customers afterloan closure.
• Managing cash (system & physical)during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create new CUID in system &modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & LoanClosure.
• Maintain branch registers as per theguidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc.
• Ensuring proper collection and storageof customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timelycollection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at everystep i.e. while pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Additional Responsibilities

Insummary, the Gold appraiser is responsible for the end-to-end transactionprocess for gold loans - from valuation to disbursal to closure, along withcustomer service.

CTC Upto 3 Lacs ( for Non-Metro) / 4.20 Lacs ( for Metro )
