Kalpataru International in Thane is seeking an experienced BIM/CAD specialist to develop 3D models and detailed drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. You will size piping and fire suppression systems and plan equipment layouts for multidisciplinary projects.

You'll coordinate with design and engineering teams, run clash detection with Navisworks, and contribute to schedules, take-offs, and design deliverables while ensuring compliance with international standards.

Competenze

• Proficient in BIM and CAD modeling using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in sizing piping and fire suppression systems and planning equipment layouts.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects and generating schedules and design deliverables.

• BIM & CAD Modeling: Develop 3D models, annotations, and details using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.


• System Sizing & Equipment Planning: Size piping and fire suppression systems while planning equipment layouts and Revit families.


• Coordination & Documentation: Perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks and generate schedules, take-offs, and design deliverables while supporting project estimation and compliance
