Job summary

Empover in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to craft engaging experiences for SaaS products. You will conduct user research, develop flows, wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile apps, and collaborate with product, development, and stakeholders to align UX with business goals.

You will design across platforms, ensure usability and accessibility, and contribute to design systems and iterative testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or IT product environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, user research, wireframes, and problem-solving approaches.
• Good understanding of usability principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
