Vaanara Infotech is seeking a visionary UI/UX Product Designer to lead the visual and interaction design for world-class digital products, mobile applications, and enterprise dashboards.

You will run discovery workshops, user research, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems, collaborating closely with engineers and product strategists.

The role requires a strong portfolio, Mastery of Figma, and a user-centered mindset to deliver delightful and accessible experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UI/UX or product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• mastery of Figma including auto-layout, components, tokens, prototyping, and design systems.
• Solid visual design fundamentals: typography, color, grids, hierarchy, micro-interactions.
• Deep knowledge of user research, personas, IA, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS constraints and responsive design basics.
• Experience designing for web dashboards and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience with animation/prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and collaborative problem-solving.

About the Role

Vaanara Infotech is seeking a visionary UI/UX Product Designer to lead the visual and interaction design for world-class digital products, mobile applications, and enterprise dashboards. You will be the creative champion of user-centered design, shaping interfaces that are visually stunning, delightfully intuitive, and engineered for high engagement.

You will lead discovery workshops, user research, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and comprehensive design system creation, working side-by-side with engineers and product strategists.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design from user research, wireframes, and user flows to pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI mockups

Create and maintain scalable enterprise design systems, component libraries, design tokens, and style guides in Figma

Develop interactive clickable prototypes and micro-animations to effectively communicate user journeys and interaction patterns

Conduct usability testing, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and synthesize insights into actionable design iterations

Collaborate seamlessly with frontend engineers to ensure design fidelity, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and seamless handoff

Present and articulate design concepts, user journey maps, and rationale confidently to stakeholders and enterprise clients

Stay ahead of modern UI/UX trends, spatial computing paradigms, and human-computer interaction principles

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer with a stellar portfolio

Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping, and design systems)

Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals: typography, color theory, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and micro-interactions

Deep understanding of user research methodologies, persona development, information architecture, and usability testing

Familiarity with frontend development constraints (HTML, CSS, flexbox, grid, responsive design breakpoints)

Experience designing for both web (responsive SaaS, dashboards) and mobile platforms (iOS Human Interface, Android Material Design)

Experience with animation/prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, After Effects, Lottie) is a strong plus

Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and collaborative problem-solving capabilities
