Job Summary
Design real products used by real clients and their customers. Learn from experienced designers and engineers every day. Certifications, continuous learning opportunities, leadership programs, clear growth paths, mental well-being initiatives, and an open-door policy.
Openness to feedback and an iterative mindset. Clear communication and confidence presenting your work. Collaboration with developers, project managers and clients. Attention to detail, curiosity and empathy for users.
Responsibilities
- Turn business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and polished high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
- Design screens and components for client projects - SaaS dashboards, enterprise ERP workflows and banking applications - with guidance from senior designers.
- Support user research through competitor analysis, stakeholder conversations and simple usability tests, and turn findings into clear design decisions.
- Create supporting UX artefacts such as personas, journey maps, site maps and information architecture.
- Use and extend our design system - components, typography, colour and grids - to keep products consistent.
- Prepare developer-ready handoff in Figma (specs, states, assets) and review built screens for visual and interaction accuracy.
- Iterate quickly on feedback from design reviews, stakeholders and usability findings.
- Present your design concepts and explain the reasoning behind them to internal teams and, when needed, to clients.
- Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive, mobile-first principles to everything you design.
- Take part in design critiques and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups and demos.
- As a UI/UX Designer, you'll help shape how people experience the web apps, SaaS platforms, ERP, banking and AI products we build for our clients.
- Working closely with senior designers, developers and project managers at our Pune office, you'll turn requirements into intuitive, accessible interfaces - from the first sketch to developer handoff - and grow quickly through mentoring and real client work.
- This role is open to freshers with a strong portfolio.
