Job summary

Alignity Solutions is seeking Oracle HCM Technical professionals for Senior Consultant and Consultant roles in Bengaluru. Roles involve supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules, managing HCM Extracts changes, and delivering BI/OTBI reports. Expect hands-on debugging of HDL, FBL, PBL and fast formulas, with client-facing delivery responsibilities.

Open to 3–5 years (Consultant) and 6–10 years (Senior Consultant) of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience. Opportunity to lead teams on long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Responsible for changes in HCM Extracts.
• Decode issues related to interfaces.
• Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports.
• Troubleshoot HDL, FBL, PBL.
• Able to debug and modify fast formulas.
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment.
• Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions.
• Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues.
• Senior Consultant should lead Tech team and work directly with client.
• Senior Consultant should demonstrate SME level of skill and experience during delivery cycle.

JD: Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant/Senior Consultant

Key job responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules
