Job summary

Sharp Brains in India is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will turn business needs into practical UI solutions, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and drive a consistent design system across products.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and managers, ensuring accessibility and responsive experiences. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
