Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will translate complex requirements into clean designs, create wireframes and prototypes, and help build robust design systems.

Collaboration with analysts, architects, and developers will drive delivery of consistent, accessible experiences. You will design for enterprise-scale projects, ensure accessibility WCAG compliance, and contribute to usability testing to refine interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
