Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will translate complex requirements into clear, visually cohesive designs and contribute to building and maintaining design systems.

The role involves creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating with analysts, architects, developers, and managers to ensure responsive experiences across platforms while upholding usability and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
