Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a User Experience Designer to champion the user perspective across all stages of the digital product lifecycle. You will lead and support user research, facilitate design thinking activities, and create intuitive, user-centered designs in an agile environment.

Collaborating with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders, you will translate business goals and user needs into high-quality designs that drive consistency and a superior partner experience

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications within an agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience design expertise.
• Ability to work effectively with research partners, design agencies, and implementation vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications.

• Partner with the UX Research team to interpret analytics, conduct usability testing, and support user research.
• Work independently with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Advocate for design thinking, user-centered design, and user research within the organization.
• Produce UX deliverables including personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.

Job Summary

The User Experience (UX) Designer champions the user perspective across all stages of the digital product lifecycle.
