Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver technical designs that meet project and product requirements.

• Use and apply engineering knowledge in thermodynamics, statics, aerodynamics and materials in analysis and design of products and systems.
• Use material, component, or design specifications and datasheets to create designs that meet requirements.
• Use engineering judgement, analysis, and innovation to identify and solve problems.
• Manage multiple project assignments and align priorities to business requests.
• Apply engineering tools and processes to design, develop, test, and approve products and changes.
• Evaluate and resolve operational and prototype issues in lab and field environments.
• Use Lean thinking to drive continuous improvement.

• Use feedback and guidance from subject matter experts, suppliers, and educational sources to enhance design and requirements.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline 8+ years contributing to technical aspects of product design projects, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
• Deliver technical designs to meet project and product requirements.
