Job summary

Ciel HR in Chennai is seeking an energetic professional for an International BPO outbound role targeting US-based utility clients. You will make outbound calls, navigate IVR, collect and verify billing and usage data, and update CRM records to keep onboarding on track.

The role requires 0–3 years experience, excellent English (C1+), strong Excel/Sheets, CRM knowledge, and keen data accuracy. Night shifts aligned to US time zones and a focus on compliance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in International BPO, Outbound Calling, Collections, or Customer Operations.
• Experience handling US customers/US processes is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1+).
• Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets and data verification skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• UG/PG qualification is required.

Responsibilities
