Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or US Taxation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
• Handle AP and AR processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support US taxation activities, including tax workpapers and compliance documentation.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Collaborate with USA and EMEA stakeholders on finance operations.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation requirements.

Phenom Cloud is seeking US Taxation & Accounting Associates with 2-4 years of experience to support bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and US taxation activities for global clients. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial operations, and tax compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with USA and EMEA finance teams while supporting business-critical accounting and taxation functions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support US taxation activities, including preparation of tax workpapers and compliance documentation.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Conduct bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with USA and EMEA stakeholders on finance and accounting operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
