Job summary

BCforward in Hyderabad, India is seeking experienced US IT recruitment professionals to lead end-to-end staffing processes for US clients. The role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, negotiations, and onboarding across W2 engagements, with direct client interaction and strong communication skills.

You will collaborate in a fast-paced team, manage relationships with VMS/ATS systems, and drive successful candidate submissions while maintaining high urgency and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in US IT recruitment.
• Experience with W2 is mandatory.
• Experience with VMS and ATS.
• Experience working with Direct client is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
• Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruiting lifecycle for US staffing engagements.
• Source, screen, and present candidates for W2 roles with direct clients.
• Coordinate with VMS/ATS for requisitions and submissions.
• Negotiate offers and manage interview scheduling and onboarding.
