Job summary

Aequor Technologies in Gurugram, India, is seeking a US Recruiter to support its life sciences and healthcare staffing division. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, IT and pharma roles, focusing on candidates eligible for US work authorization.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience, familiarity with MSP/VMS models, and the ability to source through Jobdiva, LinkedIn and major job boards.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in US-focused recruitment for Life Sciences or IT sectors.
• Experience recruiting for US citizens, green cards, EADs, H1B & TN visa holders.
• Experience with MSP/VMS models such as Fieldglass, Beeline.
• Willingness to work on Pharma/Scientific client requirements.
• Negotiation of compensation and hiring on multiple terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Clinical/IT/Pharma recruitment across technologies.
• Recruit for US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN visa holders.
• Work on MSP/VMS model with Fieldglass, Beeline, Agile1, Wand.
• Source candidates via Job boards, social media, referrals, networking.
• Build networks and sourcing strategies to meet client demand.

• We are Directly working with top 20 + Global Pharma/Medical Devices/IT Company
• Hold top Ranging in managing MSP/VMS Clients
• Working on Latest tool like Jobdiva and with all Major job Board (Dice/Monster/Career Builder/Linkedin (Premium)/Indeed etc)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Clinical/IT /Pharma recruitment process across various Technologies.
• Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2 (90%), 1099 & Corp to Corp) for Direct Client
• Prior Experience in Direct Client Hiring , Worked on VMS/MSP Model (Fieldglass, Beeline, Agile1, Wand)
• Willing to work on Pharma/Scientific Requirement, Prior Experience hiring for Clinical/Scientific client Preferred
• Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
• Using recruiting portals like Career Builder , Dice , Monster, LinkedIn, ATS- Jobdiva.
• Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
• Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
