Job summary

Strada Global in India invites an experienced US Payroll specialist to join our payroll operations. You will support day-to-day activities with T2, Payroll TL and Payroll manager, prepare payroll reports, and respond to client queries.

The role requires 4+ years in US payroll, advanced MS Excel, and strong communication. You may work flexible hours with EST shifts, contributing to timely, accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of US payroll experience.
• Advanced MS Excel to include V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Macros.
• Subject matter expertise in payroll testing, mapping, reporting and analysis.
• 3 year degree or diploma required.
• Flexibility towards shift (EST) including potential long hours.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to client on all payroll related questions.
• Preparing different payroll reports and distributing to internal and external stake holders.
• Coordinating with Tax and Garnishment team to smoothen the payroll process.
• Training T2 resources on payroll process.
• Preparing process documents for payroll tasks.
• Review and sign off on payroll transmittal reports.
• Managing payroll team in the absence of TL.
• Coordinating payroll transmittal activities and ensure that payroll is run on time.
