Vensure in India is seeking a payroll specialist to process US payroll, manage attendance, and ensure accurate salary payments, bonuses, and benefits. You will work closely with HR to resolve data discrepancies and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.

The role requires 3–8 years in US payroll processing, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, and UKG or Pro Tool readiness, with a keen eye for deadlines and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in US Payroll processing.
• UKG readiness or Pro Tool proficiency.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now for employee data management.
• Proficiency in preparing W-2 forms annually.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
