Job summary

Vayu Solutions requires a US Payroll Specialist to manage timesheets and payroll processing from Hyderabad. This full-time night-shift role (US EST timings) demands 4–7 years of experience and strong English communication.

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software, plus QuickBooks experience, is preferred. Responsibilities include handling timesheets, resolving pay discrepancies, and coordinating with employees, managers, and accounts payable/receivable.

Responsibilities

• Handle timesheet processing and employee coordination.
• Resolve pay discrepancies and respond to employee/manager inquiries.
• Process regular wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay.
• Prototype payroll workflows and ensure accuracy of payroll run.
• Maintain customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and vendor billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and internal controls.

Minimum Experience: 4 - 7 Years

Role: Full Time

Work Shift: Night Shift (US Eastern Standard timings)

Job Description:

• 4+ Years of experience in Timesheet Management and Payroll Processing.
• Excellent in Oral and Written Communication in English preferred.
• Hands on experience in payroll software, ADP Workforce now (preferred) or any other payroll software.
• Experience in Processing regular wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay.
• Resolve pay discrepancies and answer employee or manager questions.
• Timesheet process and employee co-ordination
• Proficient in Quick Books (Desktop or Online).
• Experience in customer invoicing and accounts receivable process.
• Experience in Vendor billing process and accounts Payable.
