Job summary

TP in Jaipur is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for US and Canada regions using ADP, Workday, and BMS. You will ensure accurate delivery, compliance, and timely stakeholder coordination while driving process enhancements.

The role requires supervising a small team, handling escalations, and mentoring junior staff. A minimum of 5–8 years in payroll and strong Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant payroll experience.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to ADP, Workday, and BMS, with proven experience in handling complex payroll activities and team supervision. The role will support end-to-end payroll delivery, compliance, stakeholder management and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for assigned regions/accounts using ADP and Workday platforms.
• Review and validate payroll inputs, reconciliations, and reports before final submission.
• Lead Semi -monthly payroll cycles, ensuring 100% compliance and zero errors.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams (HR, Finance, Compliance) for data integrity and timely inputs.
• Handle team escalations and ensure timely resolution of employee payroll queries.
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives in collaboration with the systems/tech team.
• Participate in UAT, implementation, and enhancement projects related to ADP, Workday, and BMS.
• Coach and guide junior team members; support team development and cross-training plans.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant payroll experience within the organization or equivalent external experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ADP, Workday Payroll, and Business Management Systems (BMS).
• Exposure on US and Canada Taxation (Federal, State, Local, SUI, SDI, SSN, Medicare)
• Proven track record of handling payroll delivery independently or with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communications and resolve process issues/escalations.
• Prior experience in people management or mentoring is desirable.
• Strong analytical and MS Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, reconciliation logic).
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws
• Knowledge of W2, W4, I9, T4, TD1, State Tax forms
