Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Jr. Recruiter for US staffing in India. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting, screen candidates, and coordinate offers, with a focus on sourcing through portals and referrals.

The role requires clear communication and eagerness to learn US staffing processes, with night shifts aligned to US time zones. You will interact with resource managers to align qualifications with requirements, while maintaining candidate relationships and staying updated on hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1 year of experience in BPO or KPO; internship or training counts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work flexible night shifts (EST/PST).
• Eagerness to learn US Staffing processes, sourcing techniques, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, checking references, and updating job boards.
• Recruiting through internet job portals combined with referrals and other sourcing techniques.
• Screening candidates based on the resource managers job description, relevant knowledge, and experience for the required skillset.
• Regular follow-up from the first contact till the offer letter is extended to the candidate.
• Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits, and interviews.
• Reference check for the candidate to ensure authenticity and relevance.

Requirements:

• 01 year of experience in BPO or KPO (internship or training experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work flexible night shifts (ESTPST).
• Eagerness to learn US Staffing processes, sourcing techniques, and compliance requirements.
