Guideline Inc in Pune is seeking an experienced Mortgage Compliance Reviewer to ensure accuracy of LE and CD filings and adherence to TRID rules for US mortgage operations. The role demands 4+ years in underwriting, deep knowledge of mortgage regulations, and meticulous attention to detail to identify disclosure errors and drive corrective actions across teams.

Based in Pune, you will coordinate with relevant departments to maintain high quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience.
• Hands-on experience in US mortgage operations/compliance.
• Experience with LE (Loan Estimate) and CD (Closing Disclosure).
• Strong understanding of TRID guidelines and disclosure requirements.
• Experience in mortgage compliance reviews and disclosure validation.
• Familiarity with Mavent or Compliance Ease reports.

Responsibilities

• Review LE and CD documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Validate disclosures against TRID guidelines.
• Review loan files to identify disclosure discrepancies and fees.
• Analyze Mavent or Compliance Ease reports and validate findings.
• Verify APR, finance charges, loan terms, closing costs and disclosures.
• Identify potential regulatory violations and disclosure-related errors.
• Document findings and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable US mortgage regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate review records and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Support quality assurance, audit requirements, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of Mortgage Underwriting experience.
• Hands-on experience in US mortgage operations/compliance.
• Experience with LE (Loan Estimate) and CD (Closing Disclosure) review.
• Good understanding of mortgage regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Strong knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) guidelines
• Experience in mortgage compliance reviews and disclosure validation
• Familiarity with Mavent or Compliance Ease reports and their review.
• Ability to identify compliance discrepancies and disclosure-related errors.
