Consolidated Analytics is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Pune to manage end-to-end foreclosure processes for US mortgage loans. You will handle referrals, foreclosures, and post-sale activities while ensuring investor and regulatory compliance, with night-shift flexibility as needed.

The role requires 2–6 years of experience in foreclosure operations, working in a WFO setup in Pune, and coordinating with lawyers, trustees, and vendors to drive timely completions and audit-ready

Qualifications

• Experience with foreclosure documentation and compliance.
• Familiarity with investor and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete foreclosure lifecycle from referral to post-sale.
• Review eligibility and initiate referrals per guidelines.
• Coordinate with attorneys, trustees, title vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Review and validate foreclosure documents, affidavits, notices, and legal pleadings.
• Track foreclosure milestones, statutory deadlines, and critical timelines.
• Ensure adherence to CFPB, FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, and investor foreclosure guidelines.
• Identify and elevate compliance risks, legal issues, and process exceptions.
• Maintain accurate servicing system updates and audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific foreclosure laws and timelines.
