We seek candidates with experience in US Mortgage Compliance Review and strong knowledge of mortgage disclosure regulations. Mandatory skills include LE and CD review, TRID guidelines, disclosure validation, and familiarity with Mavent or ComplianceEase. Preferred candidates have hands-on US mortgage operations experience and the ability to review findings and support
Qualifications
- Experience with LE (Loan Estimate) and CD (Closing Disclosure) review.
- Strong knowledge of TRID guidelines.
- Experience in mortgage compliance reviews and disclosure validation.
- Familiarity with Mavent or ComplianceEase reports and their review.
- Ability to identify compliance discrepancies and disclosure-related errors.

- Good understanding of mortgage regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Ability to review compliance findings and support corrective actions.
Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
