Job summary

Aqua Information Systems in Visakhapatnam invites a US IT Recruiter/Bench Sales fresher to join our night-shift operations. You will understand client requirements for IT roles in the US market, screen resumes, conduct HR screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate trackers.

You'll build a strong pipeline of IT candidates, negotiate offers, ensure compliance with US recruitment policies, and follow candidates through the process with minimal supervision while delivering high

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in IT recruitment or bench sales (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidates' progress.
