Job summary
WNS in Kochi is hiring for an Associate / Senior Associate role in US healthcare Insurance – Voice Process. The position requires at least 18 months of US Insurance & Claims experience and is on-site at WFO Kochi.
The ideal candidate will be Graduate, ready to join immediately or with up to 30 days notice, and capable of handling voice processes for US healthcare clients. Candidates should be comfortable with early morning shifts and travel allowances as part of onboarding.
