US FP&A Manager

Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Gurugram is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead monthly financial reporting, provide in-depth commentary, and coordinate client-level accruals, budgeting and forecasts with global leadership.

You will partner with BU heads, support budget preparation, deliver flash projections and variance analyses, and liaise with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate provisioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domain, Experience in Client Management & Team Handling.
• Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant/ ACCA UK/ US CPA

Responsibilities

• Monthly Financial Reporting for Ops functions with in-depth commentary
• Monthly Client level Accruals, Estimation prep and share with global leadership
• Close Liaoning with other Cost Group teams to ensure full P/L prep
• Participation in Monthly Reviews with BU leads for Non workforce incl R&O submissions
• Consolidated company level financial reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Presenting the financials through presentations to the Onshore FP&A leaders
• Working closely with BU heads in preparation of Budget and Forecasts (Globally)
• Flash reporting for Monthly estimate projections and corporate commentaries
• Liaison with the Corporate Accounting team for accurate provisioning and expense capture
• Actual vs Budgeted/Forecast Cost Variances/Analysis
