Livguard Holding is seeking an experienced leader to head Financial Planning & Analysis, delivering strategic financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with business leaders to drive data-based decisions and long-term financial sustainability.

The role oversees cross-vertical FP&A processes, P&L consolidation, management reporting, and profitability analyses, while collaborating with the CFO on financial strategy and special projects to strengthen performance and

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to partner with business heads for long-term strategy.
• Strong analytics with ability to provide actionable insights.
• Experience in consolidating P&L and preparing management reports.
• Ability to lead special projects with CFO involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across business verticals
• Partner with business and functional heads to develop long term strategy and AOP
• Analyze and report financial performance (Budget vs Actual) and providing actionable insights to improve business performances
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly management reports, dashboards and financial KPIs for leadership and board reviews.
• Consolidation of PnL
• Lead business case preparation for new products, markets or business lines
• Conduct profitability analysis and margin improvement scenarios. Overall ownership of the P&L
• Act as a key partner to the CFO in financial strategy and special projects
