Job summary
Talent Cruise Solutions in Noida is hiring for a US Collections / Debt Collection Executive to join our team on a work-from-office basis. The role requires night shifts (US time), 5 days a week, and a salary range of ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
Immediate joiners only; face-to-face interview is mandatory. Candidates should have strong English communication, 6–12 months in US collections, knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and Reg F, and a Versant score.
Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year experience in US Collections / Debt Collection
- Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA & Reg F
- A Versant score is mandatory
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with US Night Shift
- Only US Collections / Debt Collection experience will be considered
- Domestic Voice Process experience will NOT be considered
