Job summary

Orion It Services in Noida (Sec 62) is seeking a collections specialist to contact US customers about overdue payments. You will communicate payment expectations, due dates, and options, and negotiate arrangements within guidelines.

The role operates on a US EST night shift, five-day work weeks, weekends off, with competitive compensation and lucrative incentives. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in US collections, debt collection, accounts receivable, credit card collections, loan collections, healthcare collections, or similar US voice processes.
• Experience working with US customers in a BPO/contact-center environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in the US market regarding overdue/outstanding payments.

Shift: Fixed Shift US EST (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
