Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions invites freshers to a walk-in recruitment drive for the Benefits Associate (Client Facing) role in Noida. The position is night shift from 9pm to 6am IST and is an on-site role at Noida Sector-142.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. As the primary benefits contact during open enrollment, you will support renewal preparation, validate plans for accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate clients on offerings while coordinating

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Experience in project/task management and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to resolve challenges and de-escalate issues through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefits contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Support sub-departments with renewal preparation.
• Validate client benefit plans for accuracy and perform quality checks.

• Present and deliver client renewals with minimal oversight.

• Work directly with insurance carriers and vendors to address plan inquiries.
• Advise employees on benefit options and assist them in decision-making.
• Review and generate reports to track open enrollment progress.
• Ensure accuracy of employee benefits data within HRIS platforms.
