Job summary

Niftel Communications Pvt. Ltd. in Thane is hiring a Financial Advisor for our US Process (ACA) team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Salary is up to 25,000 in-hand plus incentives, with shifts from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM and Tue-Sat working days (weekly off may vary).

Key tasks include handling calls for US customers, explaining ACA benefits and subsidy plans, and assisting enrollment in eligible health plans while maintaining compliance records. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong to excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
• Graduates & Undergraduates can apply.
• International voice process experience is an added advantage.

Shift: 7:30 PM 5:30 AM
Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday (subject to change based on business requirements)
Weekly Off: Sunday & Monday / Saturday & Sunday, as per operational needs.
