Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented benefits specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients during open enrollment, coordinating with Underwriting, System Operations, Client Relations, and other teams.

You will validate benefit plans, provide regulatory guidance, present renewals, educate clients on offerings, and work with carriers to resolve questions, all while ensuring HRIS data accuracy and timely reporting.

• Experience with HRIS platforms and quick learning of new systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Ability to resolve challenges and de-escalate issues through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefits contact for clients during open enrollment.

• Ensure the accuracy of employee benefits data within HRIS platforms.
