Job summary

TechClub Inc. is seeking a US Accounts Manager to oversee client and account management for US-based operations. The role includes billing, invoicing, AR/collections, and payroll/compliance coordination, with reporting and MIS duties.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and strong internal controls, using ADP, QuickBooks and Ceipal. Experience required is 5-10+ years, with work timings 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of relevant US accounts experience required.
• Experience with US payroll and compliance coordination.
• Strong billing, invoicing and collections knowledge.
