Crystal Voxx in India seeks a seasoned accounting leader to manage and supervise the US accounting team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of accuracy.

You will oversee GL, AP, AR, reconciliations and month-end close; review financials to ensure US GAAP compliance; monitor performance; train and mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge and results.

• Lead, manage, and supervise the US accounting team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of accounting deliverables.
• Review financial statements, reports, and accounting records to maintain compliance with applicable US accounting standards.
• Monitor team performance, allocate workloads, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and guide team members on complex accounting matters.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance technical knowledge and performance.
