Job summary

Mantras2Success.com in Ahmedabad is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Accountant with 6 months+ of international/US accounting exposure. You will manage AP/AR, bank entries, invoices, and cash management, and support GL, MIS, and weekly Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank entries and bank reconciliations

• Maintain General Ledger records
• Prepare and share AR/AP ageing reports
• Perform Gross Profit (GP) analysis
• Conduct expense analysis
• Prepare weekly work status reports in Excel
• Prepare financial statements for US-based clients
• Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports
• Assist in client reporting
• Maintain documentation accuracy as per client formats
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting Activities
