Job summary

Pacific Global Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for assigned clients and collaborate with the supervisor and clients on daily activities.

The role requires at least 1 year of accounting experience, proficiency in MS Excel/Outlook, and familiarity with QBO. Flexibility with shift timings and strong verbal and written English communication are essential to deliver accurate results. Attention to detail and confidentiality are important.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year accounting experience.
• Flexible with shift timings.
• QBO experience preferred and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Graduate in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Attention to detail.

A. Scope of Work:

• Perform day-to-day accounting and other job duties assigned by the supervisor for the assigned clients.
• Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions.
• Regular communication with internal team/client through email
• Perform necessary month end reconciliations, preparation of necessary schedules and managing documentation as per the standard practices.
• Timely and accurately completion of assigned task on daily basis within standard TATs (turnaround times).
• Understanding business requirement of client and update/create the SOP document as and when required.
• Perform duties as per defined KRAs.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity.

B. Competence Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Year accounting experience required (Instead of Six months).
• Flexible with the shift timings.
• Candidate with QBO experience is preferred and ability to learn the new software and processes quickly.
• Eligibility: Graduate in Commerce / Post-Graduate in commerce or equivalent professional qualification.
• Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and Outlook.
• Well conversant in Verbal and Written English Communication.
• Attention to detail.
