Job summary

Onest Limited in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, seeks an Accounts Executive responsible for maintaining vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments. The role includes bank reconciliation, GST processing, and reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors.

The candidate will handle internal audit and IPO-related work and manage day-to-day accounting with proficiency in Tally ERP. The position favors male candidates and includes meal provisions (lunch) as a perk.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining vouchers, receipts, bills and payments.
• Knowledge of GST workflows and monthly GST workings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all records like vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
• Bank reconciliation; payment collection.
• Responsible for monthly GST working.
• Reconciliation of sundry debtors & creditors.
• Handle internal audit & IPO working.
• Day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
• Must have knowledge of Tally ERP.
