Emerald Worldwide Connections Private Limited. is seeking an Accounts Executive in Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai. The role requires a minimum 4+ years of relevant accounting experience and hands-on work with ERP systems and Tally.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, invoicing, vendor payouts, bank reconciliations, and coordination for event costing. The position follows a 10 am–7 pm schedule, Mon–Sat with alternate Saturdays off, in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as Accounts Executive.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and Tally.
• GST and TDS compliance and statutory filings awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
• Having worked on remittance.
• Maintain ERP and Tally entries, including cost center accounting.
• Manage GST compliance, TDS deduction, and statutory filings.
• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Process vendor payouts and maintain vendor accounts.
• Raise invoices to clients and track receivables.
• Handle expense reimbursements and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records related to events and projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for event-wise costing and closures.
• Visit outdoor event sites as required for financial coordination.

Job Location - Lokhandwala, Andheri west - Mumbai

Work Timings - 10 am - 7 pm

Working Days - Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
