Job summary

Riya Group in Mumbai is seeking a Travel Consultant fresher to issue domestic and international tickets and support back-office operations. Hands-on CRS experience is preferred.

The role involves handling international itineraries, corporate fares, airline updates, and working in rotating shifts. Open to candidates with travel industry background and IATA certification. Graduates with travel/tourism knowledge or diplomas are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Graduate with knowledge of ticketing; travel/tourism related education preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in travel/ticketing.
• Experience from travel industry only.

Responsibilities

• Issue domestic and international tickets using Amadeus/Galileo (hands-on).
• Support implants and back-office operations as needed.
• Handle international itineraries, corporate fares and airline updates.
• Provide support for B2B/Corporate/SOTO ticketing environments.
