Job summary

Hi Tech Pipes in Delhi is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of manufacturing experience to lead the Finance & Accounts function. You will oversee financial reporting, costing, taxation, budgeting, MIS, and working capital management.

The role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), excellent analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across the finance team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Minimum 14 years of relevant professional experience.
• Current and/or substantial work experience in manufacturing companies is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, inventory management, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the manufacturing company.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Handle manufacturing costing, product costing, inventory valuation, WIP, and finished goods accounting.
• Monitor production costs, material consumption, wastage, scrap, and cost variances.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and MIS reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, tax audits, statutory audits, and other regulatory compliances.
• Oversee working capital management, cash flow planning, banking, fund management, and credit facilities.
• Ensure inventory control, stock reconciliation, and physical verification.
• Manage fixed assets, capex, depreciation, and capital work-in-progress.
• Establish and monitor internal controls, policies, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-reduction measures and profitability improvements.
• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic support to senior management.
