Job summary

PREM TEXTILES in Bengaluru urgently seeks a Chartered Accountant with manufacturing and retail experience to oversee end-to-end accounting, costing, audit, and compliance across factory and showroom operations. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliances, along with proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP and advanced Excel.

You will lead a small finance team and coordinate with MD and auditors.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with vast experience in Manufacturing cum Retail setup.
• Strong expertise in Accounting & Financial Compliance and Audit.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, GST, Income Tax & ROC compliances.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Accounting: raw material costing, production costing, BOM, WIP, finished goods valuation.
• Inventory control, stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Factory expense monitoring and cost optimization.
• Retail & Accounts: finalization of P&L, Balance Sheet and consolidation of Manufacturing + Retail + Warehouse accounts.
• Daily sales reconciliation, showroom profitability and MIS reporting to MD.
• End-to-end management of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit & Stock Audit.
• Implementing robust internal controls and SOPs across factory and retail outlets.
• Finance & Compliance: 100% compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Companies Act for both manufacturing and retail entities.
• Handling Income Tax assessments, GST assessments, and liaison with auditors, banks & government departments.
• Banking, fund flow, working capital and loan management.

Urgently Hiring CA for Manufacturing cum Retail Group | Accounting, Audit & Compliance

Role & responsibilities

A. Manufacturing Accounting:

• Handling complete manufacturing accounting including raw material costing, production costing, BOM, WIP, and finished goods valuation.
• Inventory control, stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Factory expense monitoring and cost optimization.
