Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of vendors and customers; obtain balance confirmations.
• Assist in finalization of balance sheet and statutory books.
• Tax, VAT, Service Tax audits support and bank balance updating.
• Payroll processing in SAP and salary payments; import payments handling.
• Monthly closing assistance and timely vendor payments.
• Coordinate with banks and government authorities.
• Regularization of import bills and compliance with accounting standards.

Urgent Required Finance Executive in MNC located at Lonikand Pune, its near to Kharadi, Pune

Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/BCOM, MBA - Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Reconciliation of Vendors & customers. Obtaining balance confirmation from group company & external vendors.
• Handling Internal & Statutory Audit
• Handling Income Tax Audit , VAT Audit, Service Tax Audit
• Assist in Finalization of Balance Sheet
• Assisting in Weekly Updating of bank balances in TM5
• Ensuring timely filing of TDS, Income Tax, PF, GST returns
• Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, financial statement annual returns, ensuring compliance of accounting standards
• Liaising with bank and governments
• Assisting in monthly closing of books of accounts
• Timely payments of vendors & suppliers. Processing import payments
• Regularization of Bill of entries against import
• Checking and passing of payroll entries in SAP. Processing the salary payments
• Handling Export regularization
