Job summary

Team Computers is seeking a Senior Desktop Support L2 (MAC) to join the Andheri, Mumbai team. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in managing Mac OS and Office 365, with strong end-user support and network troubleshooting capabilities.

You will handle MAC and Windows clients, Office 365 administration, email troubleshooting, and VIP user support, ensuring seamless IT operations and adherence to SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Network management understanding
• Video conferencing support (Zoom, Webex, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows clients and MAC systems
• Office 365 Administration
• Troubleshooting network connectivity in LAN/WAN
• Install, configure & maintain network services and devices
• Printer installation and troubleshooting (local & network)
• MS Outlook configuration & troubleshooting
• Malware remediation and patch updates implementation
• Handle IT queries and coordinate with SIRT for area-specific concerns
• Provide end-user support to facilitate operations
• Support for HP, DELL and Lenovo laptops (hardware & software)
• Perform preventative maintenance every 6 months to monitor desktops
• Maintain and resolve tickets per SLA
• Add clients to Domain and resolve related issues
• VIP users handling
• Excellent communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Windows clients like Windows 7, Windows 8 & 8.1, Windows 10, MAC
• Office 365 Administration
• Troubleshooting Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Install, configure & maintain network services, equipment and devices.
• Printer Installation and Troubleshooting of both local and network printers.
• Hands-on experience in MS-Outlook configuration & Troubleshooting.
• Malware/Computer virus remediation by Antivirus installation and patch updates implementation.
• Taking care of IT related queries, working with SIRT and resolving the same relevant to the area of concern.
• Providing End user support in order to facilitate operational flow.
• Supporting for HP, DELL and Lenovo laptops for Both Hardware and software process
• Performing Preventative maintenance activities for every 6 months to monitor the asset details for Desktop.
• Involved in maintaining and resolving tickets as per the SLA.
• Adding clients to Domain and resolving related issues.
• Experience in VIP users handling
• Excellent communication skill
