Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Ltd. in India is seeking a telecom tower technician to install and relocate cabling and equipment on towers, poles and masts. You will perform height-related work, fix poles and mounts, and ensure power supply to telecom gear.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of technician experience, basic telecom infrastructure knowledge, and familiarity with tower climbing safety protocols. English/Hindi or regional language communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Technician or similar role.
• Valid work height certificate preferred (FARM TOCLI/Rise-Q).
• Proficiency in English/Hindi/Regional language for effective communication.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment used during tower climbing.

Responsibilities

• Install telecommunications cabling and equipment on towers, poles and masts.
• Relocate and remove tower-mounted equipment as required.
• Work at heights on structures to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment.
• Erect and fix poles to support telecom equipment.
• Install cable tray, conduits and antenna mounts; provide power to equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

Valid work height certificate like FARM TOCLI/Rise-Q is preferred Proficiency in English/Hindi/Regional language for effective communication Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure and tower-related operations Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment used during tower climbing
