Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Ltd. in Tamil Nadu is seeking an RF Engineer to install, configure, and maintain RF equipment, switches and routers, and to perform BTS related tasks ensuring reliable network links.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting WAN/IP configurations, conducting site surveys for P2MP and P2P links, collaborating with NOC and OEM teams, maintaining safety protocols, and updating site records. Must have two-wheeler.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Installation and configuration of the RF equipments, switches and Routers Perform BTS related tasks, ensuring optimal performance of the link. Manage and troubleshoot WAN IP and LAN IP configurations. Site survey/feasibility for P2MP & P2P Links and reports submission Troubleshooting of all networks related issues and equipment's. Maintenance of network and customer faults within agreed SLA Attending other proactive activity like KPI Corrections, Dismantling, device Installations etc. Maintain Spares for hardware replacement Preventive Maintenance of Circuits in the cycle of 6 months Corrective Maintenance on the repeated faults Collaborate with the cross functional team (NOC, TOCO, Microwave, OEM, etc.) to ensure seamless RF operations Updating ticket status with ETA and ETR in tool. Provide inputs for updating the Mapa (Database) with accurate site information. Maintaining the relationship with his ckt base customer.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise on RF UBR equipment’s (Cambium, Radwin, HFCL, Maksat, etc.) Works on Switches (ZTE, Huawei, Maksat, etc.) and Routers (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.) Ability to install, configure and maintain RF equipment. Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure and tower-related operations. Experience in BTS operations. Familiar with WAN IP and LAN IP. Familiar with safety protocols and equipment.

• Mandatory Must have two wheeler vehicle with proper documents
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a RF Engineer or in a similar role is preferred
