Indus Towers Ltd. is seeking a field engineer to ensure safe and efficient operation and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area. You will drive uptime and energy efficiency while adhering to ESH and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a B.E./B.Tech in EEE or ECE (2025/2026 pass-out) with at least 60% marks in Xth/XIIth/Graduation. Owning a two-wheeler and valid DL is mandatory for this field role.

Qualificações

• B.E./B.Tech in EEE or ECE with 2025/2026 pass-out, no backlogs.
• Minimum 60% marks in Xth, XIIth and Graduation.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory for field role.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites to meet uptime and energy efficiency targets.
• Manage site uptime, ESH compliance, customer management, and site quality processes.
• Knowledge of DG sets, AC/DC power systems, battery backup, HVAC, antenna and GSM/CDMA basics is an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring safe, effective operations and maintenance of tower sites in the assigned area to meet company's objective of delivering highest uptime along with cost and energy efficiencies.
• Key responsibilities include Site Uptime management, ESH compliance, Customer Management, Site Quality & Process Compliance, Energy Management & Team Management.
• Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering is a must. Knowledge of DG sets, AC power management system, DC power management system, Battery backup system, HVAC, antenna & basics of GSM/CDMA technology will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (EEE/ECE) 2026 / 25 passed out students without any backlogs
• Minimum 60% marks in Xth, XIIth & Graduation is mandatory
• Since it is a Field role, own 2-wheeler & a valid Driving License is a mandatory for applicants
