Job summary

Epam Systems is seeking a strong Microsoft 365 engineer to join our Hyderabad delivery team. You will work across Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, handling Exchange Online mailbox management, Teams policies, and SharePoint/OneDrive administration.

Responsibilities include Azure AD/Entra ID access management, M365 compliance basics, and PowerShell scripting with Exchange Online and Graph APIs, following ITIL practices. Fluent English required and MS-102/MS-203 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 35+ years MS 365 / collaboration platform engineering experience.
• Exchange Online mailbox management, mail flow, and hybrid considerations.
• Microsoft Teams administration including policies, meetings and voice/telephony.
• SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business administration.
• Azure AD / Entra ID with group-based licensing and access.
• M365 compliance centre basics: DLP, retention, sensitivity labels.
• PowerShell for Exchange Online and Microsoft Graph.
• ITIL foundations covering incident and change management.
• English fluent required.
• Certification preferred: MS-102 or MS-203.
